Analysis of implementation in 2020 and harmonization of DEEP activities for 2021
The analysis of the implementation of activities within the Program for the Improvement of the Educational Process in the Field of Defense (DEEP) between the Republic of Serbia and NATO for 2020, as well as the coordination of planning activities for 2021, was held on January 20, via the Internet.
The Defense Education Enhancement Program (DEEP) is a multinational education initiative designed to help partner and other countries build capacity through education reform in the defense system.
Vice-Rector of the University of Defense for Scientific Research, Colonel Assoc. Ivan Vulić, PhD, pointed out during the analysis that cooperation within the program is of great importance for the University of Defense because it contributes to the continuous improvement of the military education process. According to the Program Manager for the Republic of Serbia, Ms. Frederick Jacquemann, the fact that both sides confirmed their commitment to activities during 2021, which will continue immediately after the improvement of the epidemiological situation, is proof that the best way to achieve mutual cooperation was found during the previous period. which can withstand all challenges.
