Minister Stefanović visits University of Defence
During visit to the University of Defence, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence NebojšaStefanović, PhD, said that the government would continue investing in the University of Defence and the Military Academy which provided university education to the most important personnel of the Serbian Armed Forces and represented the core of our defence system.

Speaking about the importance of the University of Defence, Minister Stefanović emphasized that young people acquired knowledge there that enabled them to contribute to the efficiency of our armed forces in their first days as officers and thus made the citizens of Serbia feel completely safe and secure.
- In addition to training and education received at the Secondary Vocational Military School, Military Grammar School and Military Academy, where our cadets are educated, our senior officers acquire the necessary knowledge for more responsible duties in the Serbian Armed Forces at the National Defence School - said Minister Stefanović, pointing out that this provided continuity of training to our military personnel.
Minister Stefanović said that the government would continue investing in the University’s standards and facilities, so that all its institutions could offer the best possible education to young people who would serve their people and Serbia.

After the report presented by the Rector of the University of Defence, Lieutenant General Goran Radovanović, PhD, the University’s organisational units were presented to Minister Stefanović by the Commandant of the Military Academy, Major General BojanZrnić, PhD, Dean of the Military Medical Academy’s Medical Faculty, Colonel TihomirIlić, Head of the National Defence School, Colonel MićoSuvajac and the director of the Institute for Strategic Research JovankaŠaranović, PhD.
