Senate of the University of Defence – 132nd regular assembly
The 132nd regular assembly of the Senate of the University of Defence in Belgrade was held in the hall number 105 at the Rector’s Office, the University of Defence on February 14, 2023.
The Senate of the University of Defence decided to award three professors the title of full professor (military employee, Associate Professor Gordana Šupić, PhD; military employee, Associate Professor Vesna Martić, PhD; military employee, Associate Professor Vladimir Bančević, PhD), one professor will be awarded the title of associate professor (Lieutenant Colonel Assistant Professor Srđan Dimić, PhD in Engineering) and one professor will be awarded the title of assistant professor (military employee, Bojana Fidanovski, PhD).
Also, one professor was awarded the title of associate professor (Lieutenant Colonel Associate Professor Marjan Marinković, PhD), as well as four professors were awarded the title of Assistant Professor (Colonel Assistant Professor Slaviša Vlačić, PhD; Captain Assistant Professor Svetislav Šoškić, PhD; military employee, Assistant Professor Aleksandra Arsović, PhD and military employee, Assistant Professor Martin Popević, PhD).
The title of associate professor from another higher education institution was recognised (military employee, Dragan Stanar, PhD). The decisions on granting consent to professors of the University of Defence to work at other higher education institutions were discussed and adopted during the assembly. The Report on scientific research activity for 2022, as well as the Annual Report on the work of the Quality Assurance Commission in 2022 and the Work Plan of the Quality Assurance Commission of the University of Defence in 2023 were considered and adopted. The report on the evaluation and defence of the doctoral dissertation of candidate Jelena Džudović from the Medical Faculty of the Military Medical Academy was approved for the defence.
