Study tour of the students of the National Defence School General Staff Course

The students of the 66^th class of the General Staff Course of the National Defence School “Vojvoda Radomir Putnik” were on a study tour, along with their teachers, within the subject Military strategy.
 
During the study trip, the students were familiarized with national security agents in the Republic of Serbia, i.e. the most important actors, both at the state and local level, as well as the industrial overhaul and production capacities, and they learned about their role and significance at the strategic level. 



The students and the teachers of the National Defence School were welcomed by Ground Forces Commander Lieutenant General Milosav Simović in the “Knjaz Mihailo” Barracks in Niš, and he introduced them to the purpose, missions, tasks and activities carried out by the Ground Forces units. The lectures were held by the representatives of the Nišava administrative district, the MoD Regional Centre and the 3^rd Centre of the Military Security Agency.



The participants of the study tour visited the production facilities for artillery systems and armoured vehicles in the production company “Complex Fighting Systems” in Velika Plana and the “Srbijagas” compressor station.
